October 19, 2009 - CDS Innovations Inc., a subsidiary of The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited, has signed an agreement with TMX Datalinx to market CDS Innovations’ securities data products.

Under the agreement, TMX Datalinx will promote and license CDS Innovations’ data products on TMX contracts and manage customer relationships, while CDS Innovations will oversee the management and technical distribution of the data. Products include Canadian corporate reference data, corporate actions and regulatory filings. More information on the products can be found at www.tmx.com.
